We don’t get as many opportunities to wear fabulous hats in Miami as lucky society ladies in New York and elsewhere have, so when the Vizcaya Hat Luncheon is getting closer, our socialistas race to out-do each other and get the most extraordinary hats.

Let’s call it a friendly competition won’t we? We were impressed.
